In this session, I’ll walk through real-world case studies showing how we’ve taken business challenges and turned them into training solutions that actually stick. Rather than just talking through concepts, I’ll break down how these solutions were built—including examples, tools, and design decisions—so participants can apply the same approach in their own organizations.
A big focus will be on how we design opportunities for learners to practice and rehearse real-world, high-stakes situations in a safe environment—so they’re better prepared when it counts. I’ll also share simple ways to incorporate interactive elements that increase engagement and help learning stick.

In this session, we will discuss:
A step-by-step approach to turning business problems into training solutions
How to create realistic practice experiences that prepare learners for high-stakes situations
Practical tools, frameworks, and resources participants can use after the session

I help organizations take real business problems and turn them into training that actually works.
A lot of training gets built around content. I focus on building around the problem—then creating experiences where people can practice and rehearse what they’ll actually need to do on the job. Most of my work involves designing simulations and interactive experiences that mirror real-world, high-stakes situations, but in a safe environment.https://www.linkedin.com/in/caseymwebster/
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: create training that people remember and can actually use.
