Workshop tailored to instructional designers, trainers, facilitators, talent development professionals, training managers, and similar roles. This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to accelerate training design and development processes using AI tools and Canva.

● Demonstration of AI tools for content creation, curation, and personalization.

2) Enhancing Training Materials with Canva

● Introduction to Canva and its features for designing engaging and professional-looking training materials.

●Hands-on exercises to create visually appealing presentations, infographics, and handouts using Canva templates and customization options.

3) Integrating AI and Canva into Training Workflows

● Strategies for incorporating AI tools and Canva into existing training design and development processes.

● Tips for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness when using AI and Canva in collaboration with team members.

● Best practices for maintaining consistency and branding across training materials.

About the Speaker:

Darlene Mercado, M.Ed. is an innovative Instructional Designer with a mission to drive success through transformative learning experiences. Armed with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a background in Psychology, she leverages these to strategically create comprehensive training for adult learners. For the past few years she has worked in various industries designing and developing a wide range of materials from infographics to eLearning courses to virtual workshops for different audiences. She is dedicated to empowering professional growth while coaching others on ways to improve their overall designs and development processes using new tools and technologies.
