MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING

Understanding Your Team’s Motivational Diversity

Do you know what drives each of your people? What gets them excited about coming to work? Which tasks they find most fulfilling or most frustrating?

Despite the efforts of most, probably not. And that’s ok.

Creating a high-performance team where employees are engaged, enabled and energized starts with understanding your team’s motivational diversity - the unique set of internal and external drivers that each employee possesses.

During this webcast, you’ll learn how to:

· Better understand your team’s motivational diversity.

· Hold “aspirational conversations” that align with employee’s goals and motivators.

· Spot opportunities to give your people assignments that they’ll love to do.

· Align and tailor recognition to motivators, making it more meaningful.

We will ask each participant to complete the Motivators Assessment in advance and bring their results to the session.

We look forward to you joining us.
