Learning Professionals can add critical learning strategies and actions to get ahead of trends around the Great Resignation and the Upskilling Revolution.  Join us as we discuss innovative ways to be future focused on helping our organizations to create an adaptive learning environment.  We will discuss and share some actionable steps to create plans for  ready now learners with the right skill sets as we embark on the war for talent.

About the Speakers:


Hope McCall has been at the Alamo Colleges 18 years leading the Learning and Talent Development Team to win two BEST awards (2020 and 2022), two CLO Gold Learning Elite awards, CLO Gold Learning in Practice award, and ATD Excellence in Practice award. She has over 30 years in the L&D  field and has enjoyed being a part of transformations of organizational learning cultures with the Department  of Defense/USAF, in the financial industry, consulting, working with non-profits and now higher education.  She also served as an adjunct faculty member for UIW for many years teaching in the HR/OD discipline.

Hope holds a Master Facilitator & instructor certifications as well as several content related certificates for adult learning.  She is also Kirkpatrick Certified and a Baldrige Category Lead and Examiner.

 

Esteban Ramon is experienced in Training & Development and has 9+ years working in the field. A few of his specialties are data visualization, training evaluation, measurement, and leadership development. He is a certified coach, Malcolm Baldridge Internal Coach and Examiner, Kirkpatrick Silver Level Certified Professional, and probably the coolest guy you will ever meet.
