During this session, we will get back to the basics of adult learning theory,  methodology, and how it all ties together as you design and develop your materials. We will tackle theories such as Andragogy, Experiential Learning, Bloom’s Taxonomy, as well as the ADDIE model. These core theories will help you ensure the learner stays in the forefront of your design.
