Sarah LaVaute leads the Learning Solutions and Learning Technology team at HEB. Her team provides support to over 76,000 H-E-B Partners. Sarah has been in the talent development field for over fourteen years. Prior to her role at HEB, she was a Sr. Manager at Walmart, an Associate Director of Instructional Design at the University of Arkansas and a graduate instructor at the University of Missouri.
She holds a Masters degree in Educational Technology and an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri.
