This is a virtual meeting during which you will learn the techniques for proper virtual meeting and training design.
Many people make the mistake of using the same format and techniques in their online meetings and training as they do for their in-person ones. I sure did. But then I attended the Virtual Trainer Facilitator certification course and learned that many of the techniques for successful online training are actually the opposite of what I would do in the classroom. The same goes for online meetings.
We will address how to keep your participants engaged, camera techniques, and how to deliver hands-on training virtually as we experience an Excel Training.
