Title: What STIICX for Leaders?

Location: Aspen Creek (Free parking)
                  11719 Bandera Rd
                  San Antonio, Texas 78250

Description:

Many managers and leaders recognize that they spend too much time focusing on the everyday demands of their role and not on training and development of themselves and their staff. Reason being, most don’t know where to start, how to prioritize or where to focus to successfully accomplish this. This session highlights the key need for soft skills in business and how leaders can start taking action towards working ‘on their soft skills.’ This workshop provides an overview of critical components to being an effective manager (STIICX) as well as examples of how innovative and interactive techniques can help them identify, examine and resolve the 'big picture' challenges in their role.
