Leaning into Your Emotional Courage and Resilience

How do you encourage yourself to do something that scares you?

Increasing your emotional resilience and courage allows individuals to deal with stress while building adaptability to change. We are called to anticipate, participate and respond to life you design. A variety of factors influence your emotional resilience, including your intention, journey, experiences, and ability to take action on what comes next.

Join us for a great session led by Yorka Velasco-Caballero, a seasoned professional with entrepreneurial spirit  focused on inspiring people to foster a culture of community.

Lunch will be provided.

Location:

10001 Reunion Place Suite 200 San Antonio, TX 78216 (2nd Floor Conference Room)
