About the Speaker:
Alexa Urbano was born and raised in El Paso, TX. She graduated from Texas State University in 2016. For over 4 years, Alexa has been in the Training & Employee Development Department at SWBC. As a Training Design & Development Specialist, she facilitates, develops, and designs in-person and virtual training sessions. She is currently leading all efforts of SWBC’s Emerging Professionals Program. Alexa hopes to inspire others to action with her drive and enthusiastic energy.
