MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING

A Conversation With the C-Suite

Join us for this in-person event where you'll get to meet new people and connect with your community. Hear the inside story on talent development’s relationship with the C-Suite at our October learning event. A panel of two local executives, facilitated by Executive Business Coach Barbara A. F. Greene, will share their experiences in working with talent development professionals.  Theresa Scepanski, President and CEO at Community First Health Plans and Lisa Lewis, Chief Administrative Officer, CPS Energy will address these questions:

·        What are the C-suite’s expectations from talent development?

·        How can talent development make a demonstrable impact on the business?

·        Which are the essential skills that talent development must have to “get a seat at the table?”

The executives will also hold a Question-and-Answer session at the end of their remarks.
