During her 18 years in the Human Resources field, Tanna Lambert has held many different roles; from Carnegie Mellon University Career Center Recruiting Director, Corporate College & Industry Recruiting, Agency Recruiting, Compensation Analyst and HR Generalist in the Software industry. In her last two years working for a small private Technology angel investment company (HPT Development) she has had the luxury of working from the strategic/development/innovative side of Talent Management practices rather than just carry through existing practices and solutions. Although without those experiences and exposures she would not have the insight needed to create amazing software solutions that use strategic systems to change the way we learn and grow today. Currently HPT has four software companies going to market that all will help revolutionize the Talent/Training Industry, and she is truly excited and amazed to be a part of all them.
