MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING
Our field of Training and Development requires a fresh and creative approach to how we deliver learning to our participants. Although 2020 has been a game changer for all of us, Blended Learning existed long before but lacked the purposeful application in curriculum design. In this session, we will dig into the instructional design of Blended Learning partnered with a practical application portion.

About the Speaker:
Daniel Bernal, Jr.- Learning Performance Consultant, UHS
Daniel Bernal Jr. is a Learning Performance Consultant at the University Health System (UHS). In his five years with UHS, he has been a vital asset to the team winning the ATD Best of the Best awards in 2020. Known for his ability to make training a memorable experience, Daniel has now put together a very fitting-for-the-times blended learning, virtual session. Daniel has led sessions for the ATD San Antonio Chapter and was the 2018 ATD Trainer Throwdown Champion.
Daniel is in the United States Coast Guard and on the side, he routinely travels the United States giving leadership presentations and preaching to crowds of up to 5,000 people. He enjoys photography, videography and working out.
