Donta Watson has over 13+ years’ experience in Business Development and Organizational Effectiveness in various industries. Donta specializes in Leadership Development, Leadership Consulting, Employee Engagement and Coaching, Program Management & Facilitation, Market Analysis, C-Suite Level Presentations, and Content Creation.
Donta is a Talent Development & Culture Consultant with CHRISTUS Health (Santa Rosa) and has been with organization for 3+ years.
Patti Centeno has over 25+ years' experience with a proven track record in Professional Development, Leadership Development, Training & Facilitation, C-Suite Coaching and Consulting, and Mentorship. In her current role, she develops all levels of the organization from frontline Associates to Executive leadership.
Patti is a Talent Development & Culture Consultant with CHRISTUS Health (Santa Rosa & Spohn) and has been with the organization for 6+ years.
