MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING

Needs Assessment Roundtable Discussion

Understanding the needs of our learners is critical in order to ensure we are delivering the most effective and impactful resources. But what is the best way to do that? In this session, Mandy Smith, SVP of Training & Employee Development will share how SWBC approaches this challenge, tools they use, and lessons learned along the way. Bryant Chandler, Director of Learning Technology at SWBC will also share some things to keep in mind to ensure you get actionable data.

But we would like to hear from you, too! Please consider sharing things that have worked well for you, tools, tricks, best practices, challenges, and questions you might have. We hope this session will be more of a dialogue where we all get to benefit from and contribute to each other.
