MONTHLY LEARNING MEETING

Build Learning Impact Through Data

Need help with learning buy in? Find yourself discussing learning as a cost-center over the impact your team has? Battling for learning resources?  This is not an uncommon challenge for learning professionals. During our time together, we’ll discuss how data can build a powerful story that supports the strategy and impact of your learning organizations.

Through shared experiences and examples, this discussion will focus on two primary themes:

  • Ways to influence and drive learning
  • Protect and prove learning

    About the Speakers:

Tim Grijalva: Strategy and soft skill development is at the core of who I am as a learning professional. Over my career, I’ve tailored my skillsets to focus on sales mastery and developing learning strategies. In my current role, I partner with our global customer care team to build amazing learning experiences that shorten employee ramp, build employee confidence and produce top performing business metrics. Investing in people is important to me, in addition to my learning programs, I’m also Co-President of GoDaddy’s Latinx Employee Resource Group. Sharing my story and mentoring truly engages my soul.

Frank Sanchez: Originating from Texas and graduating from UTSA, I immediately found my impact and passion in business optimization and development. I found my home in learning after working in risk and safety within the financial industry. Now with GoDaddy, my primary responsibility is the Continuous Education strategy for Product and Systems for our Care and Services teams. This often finds me consulting with partners on how the business of learning works and how to focus on the learner. Naturally, I gravitate towards process improvement and analytics.
