Infuse your event, training, or team building activity with adventure, intrigue, and challenge using learning escape rooms! Fully immerse your audience in an entertaining adventure of story, puzzles, and clues. 

In this session, attendees will learn how to create an engaging story that will help them build effective learning escape rooms.

Attendees will learn tools and techniques to:

• Develop an engaging storyline for use in both virtual and traditional escape rooms. 
• Build in key learning elements into an escape room.
• Grab learners' attention and keep it with this activity.

Host:  Kyle Sijansky 

Kyle Sijansky is a Learning and Organization Development Consultant at CenterPoint Energy. He has over seven years of experience in training and development with two of those years attributed to technical skills training. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Resource Management. Kyle was recently a recipient of the Elliot Masie's Learning 2018 30-Under-30 program. Kyle also serves on the internal Innovation Incubator Team within CenterPoint Energy which is comprised of thirty individuals that are selected from within the organization to help drive the culture of innovation. Kyle's career goal is to help others bridge the gap between what's possible now and what seems impossible to achieve.
