SAN ANTONIO ATD

SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP (SIG)

What is your strategy for the new world after Covid-19?

May we suggest an Empathy Cocktail as a starter? Join us as we mix up a three part learning recipe to enhance our empathy interviewing skills.

Directions:

  1. Attend the FREE virtual blended learning session – May 14, 2020, 11:30AM - 12:30pm.  What is your strategy for the new world after Covid-19’s impact? Before you can answer this question, you need to understand the thought processes, motives, and emotions of your audience.  In this session, you'll learn how to identify pain points and unexpected solutions that you never knew existed through Empathy Interviews. You’ll learn new actionable skills to gain insights about your audience and what they've been experiencing, whether it be your team, employees or customers.
  2. Apply what you learned in breakout rooms during the session.
  3. Optional: Practice empathy skills by volunteering at the San Antonio Food Bank in accordance with social distancing guidelines
  4. ENJOY connecting with your peers and your community!

As you can see, SIGs are back! At these free monthly gatherings, you'll have an opportunity to share expertise, ideas and insights all while getting to know your fellow training and development professionals. These gatherings are relaxed and run by you! Join us for this event and submit your ideas for future SIG topics.
