Mark currently serves as the Sr. Director of Learning and Development with Delek US Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for leading and developing an integrated learning, succession management, leadership and organizational development strategy aligned with Delek’s strategic plan.
He is a transformative thought leader in Learning and Development (L&D) with 24-years of experience in L&D and directing operations. Demonstrated ability to align L&D strategy with business goals and collaborate with executives and line-managers to deliver innovative solutions to improve employee performance. Experience with the design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of enterprise learning programs in a Fortune 100 company. Inspirational leader with a passion for developing direct reports and building award-winning L&D teams. He has served 24 years as a senior intelligence officer in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelors of General Studies degree in Aviation Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Masters of Science degree in Management from Bellevue University.
