Mark Lewis, Marathon Petroleum
Mark joined Marathon Petroleum in July 2019 after their acquisition of Andeavor. He is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of Learning and Development for over 2,000 Transportation and Rail employees. A business-aligned learning leader, Mr. Lewis transformed the department into a high-performing team focused on driving business outcomes through efficient and effective learning and performance solutions. Prior to joining Marathon, he served 24 years as a senior intelligence officer in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelors of General Studies degree in Aviation Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Masters of Science degree in Management from Bellevue University.
