LEAPS Setup

Our dedicated volunteers are meeting at the venue to help setup for the LEAPS conference on Friday.

Thursday evening our volunteers will:

• Receive volunteer shirts.
  
• Review details and assignments for tomorrow.
  
• Assemble prize baskets, bags, and nametags.
• Setup signs.
• Test Audio/Visual Equipment.
  
• Bring any needed items for storage in locked room.
