Join us for the October field trip to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union as we tour their state of the art training center.
James Santos, Vice President of Learning and Development along with his team, has been working throughout 2014 on a major conversion in their training department. He will discuss what it took to plan, survive and thrive during this major core conversion. He will discuss his partnership with corporate offices in order for the conversion to be a major success. We will also tour their state of the art training facility.
