This animated scenario is used to assess our employees on identifying what went wrong from a customer service perspective. Employees watch the video and then either record themselves responding to the scenario or type out whether they believe the error was in the use of a customer service system, strategy, or behavior. In this particular scenario the customer service representative is over reliant on the help line which leads to the customer being left on hold too many times.

I utilized Vyond to create the animations and we deliver them through the Practice module in Bridge employee development system. We've seen a lot fo success using video role play with these videos and Bridge. Video must be viewed in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
